I just finished my 2nd cycle of the Yor Best Body 8-Week Challenge, I started at 127 pounds and ended my challenge at 124.

When the challenge was first launched I was so excited, I felt like I needed a change and this was the best way to start. I’ve always believed in the products but I guess I needed that push to actually achieve my goals. Since the challenge was launched I became more active and went through a lifestyle change. Decided to find hobbies that I enjoyed like anti-gravity yoga, hiking and I became a Vegan.

To be completely honest I did not put my all in this cycle, I continued to use the products consistently I work out a here but I didn’t put in my 100%. I was able to lose another 2 pounds and that was all thanks to the products. I continued to do anti gravity I was still a vegan (bad vegan). I did learn a lot during this cycle, from workouts to recipes so I know its time to get into more action.

I get so excited seeing all the results, so now more than ever I’m determined to hit my goal this coming cycle. With the great workouts I learned from my friends and all the new recipes and keeping up with my products I will finish losing the last 14 pounds so by my 4th cycle ill be in the SCULPT category.
