My name is Glenys and I’m 59 years old, after recently being diagnosed with diabetes 2 I knew I had to change my life around.
I work at a desk behind a computer sitting all day, which doesn’t give you much opportunity for exercise. Coming home exhausted and wanting to go to bed straight away.
I’ve had to change my eating habits quite a lot to stabilize the diabetes eating small portions 8 times a day. My diet over the last 8 weeks has consisted of a shake first thing of a morning with YOR SuperGreens mixed with YOR MRP and YOR Vitamins. I’ve cut out processed foods and sugars and am very conscious of the carbs in the food I eat as well. I have a YOR Digest Ultra with my main meals and YOR Probiotics Ultra and the YOR Repair Ultra at night.
Mid way through the challenge I was also introduced to the organic products which are amazing and very tasty. I’m also sleeping better at night with using the Essentials Oils.
