Este ciclo del reto empezé pesando 71 kg, al final terminé en 68, bajé más de lo que debería. El proximo ciclo me voy a enfocar en recuperar ese peso en masa muscular.

Para lograr mi meta empezaba el dia con Yor Repair Ultra y Yor CompleteBurn, seguido de una carrera. En el desayuno tomaba Yor MRP y por la noche Yor Essential Vitamin.

Hago ejercicio al menos 5 veces a la semana durante una hora, corro de 5 a 8 km por dia y termino con series de ejercicio en casa que incluyen lagartijas, abdominales y series con mancuernas para brazo y hombro. Desde que empezé el reto no he pisado el gimnasio. Solo tengo una hora por las mañanas para poder hacer ejercicio y no quitarle tiempo a mi familia, procuro aprovecharlo al maximo.


Este ciclo como el anterior nos ha servido mucho a mi esposa y a mi, nos vigilamos la comida así como el ejercicio, estoy orgulloso de sus resultados. Además de que competimos por quien corre más rapido los 5km.
