Hola!!! Soy Alejandra Aguilar mama de 2 niñas, el 21 de diciembre es mi cumpleaños número 40 y decidí regalarme un cuerpo definido por eso me inscribí al reto. Estoy feliz con los cambios que he logrado y me siento mejor que nunca con más energía y vitalidad.
Al despertar me tomo un vaso de agua tibia con una gota de aceite de limón y después un Yor SuperGreens. A media mañana una deliciosa Yor Shake de vainilla y una cápsula de Yor Shape. Antes de comer me tomo una cápsula de Yor Digest Ultra y si me siento cansada me preparo un Yor Berry Blast.
Voy al gimnasio hago 20 minutos de cardio, un poco de pesas y termino mi rutina con abdominales.
