Me siento super feliz, de haber retomado los buenos hábitos como de alimentación, como de estilo de vida.
Después de algunos meses de haber descuidado mi manera de comer, y por consecuencia haber ganado unos kilitos, decidí volver a retomar los buenos hábitos y volver a recuperar mi cuerpo. Así que decidí volver a iniciar el reto nuevamente y los resultados me encantaron. logré llegar a mi meta es decir baje 6 kilos.
Empece con un peso de 76.5 kg y logré bajar a 70kg, lo hice en cuanto a mi alimentación, fue lo siguiente:
Al despertar:
Mezcla de aceites esenciales en ayunas.
-incienso, toronja, limón, menta, canela
Desayuno:
1 yor shake por la mañana
Snack:
1 Super green
Comida:
Ensalada, Proteína y Cereal
Cena:

Además de corregir mis hábitos alimenticios agregue a mi rutina un poco de ejercicio, adicional a mi rutina de yoga, incluí rutina de pilates 3 veces a la semana.
Me siento nuevamente muy contenta, con mas energía de lo normal, mas fuerte y convencida que el tener buenos hábitos, hace que tu vida sea mas saludable y mucho mas.
