Hola mi nombre es Irma Martínez. Tengo 38 años de edad. Desde hace 20 años subí mucho de peso. Cuando inicie el reto pesaba 196 libras y hasta el día de hoy he bajado 18 libras. Gracias a Dios que puso en mi camino a Yor Health. Hoy peso 178 y sin hacer ejercicio solo usando el producto Yor y los aceites esenciales. Esto es lo hago: en la mañana 1 probiotico, después una malteada con una gota de menta, 2 vitaminas, 2 Super Slims. Como mi almuerzo regular y 2 digestivas, 2 vitaminas. Antes de las 2:00pm un Super Green junto con Berry Blast. Mi cena es una malteada, 2 vitaminas y una hora antes de dormir un té con una gota de esencia de limón y una gota de menta. Una hora después 1 reparador y listo. Me siento muy bien gracias a estos productos. Deseo seguir con otro reto pero esta vez haciendo ejercicio y seguir bajando. Gracias por apoyarme de todo.
