Hello everyone, my name is Eddie. I started the challenge because ever since I was in 6th grade I would always weigh around 135lbs and wasn't gaining any weight and around the time I started the challenge I started forming a gut, and although I was gaining some weight it was mainly fat and I really didn't want that. Since I started the challenge I felt myself being healthier, eating a lot more, and overall with more energy. I also lost my gut and gained more muscle. I didn't really do hard workouts since the last time I did a lot of exercise was about 6 years ago but I did workout about 4-5 times a week. The difference from when I first started to now is phenomenal. A lot of what I took was the repair, shake, vitamins, and digest. I would take the shake, vitamins, and digest when I ate and I would take the repair before I went to sleep. I'm very happy with my results and am looking forward to begin the challenge again so that I can get my beach body.
