Hi YOR Health Family, wow I feel great. Before the challenge I weighed 163 and now I weigh 160, the first month I lost weight and since have gained muscle. I did not exercise as often, I exercised 2-3 times a week. I feel myself with more energy and that motivates me to do more. My product intake is when I wake up I take the probiotic, I then take the MRP, supergreens, fiber and berry blast together for breakfast. I take the Digest with every meal and before bed I take the repair. It is amazing the impact that this company has had in my life and I'm very grateful.
