Hello,
Pour vous raconter mon aventure avec le 8 week challenge, je voudrais vous décrire à peu prêt une journée type.
Je commençais ma journée avec le super green mélangé avec les fibres, 1 cuillère de chaque produit. ensuite je mangeais un petit encas (banane,muesli..) J'ai commencer mon challenge, je pesais 65 kg, et pour un combat que j'ai eu en mai,je devais descendre à 59kg, je l'ai réussi et ensuite j'ai voulu reprendre un peu de muscle, ce qui fait que je termine à 62.5 kg. Etant donné qu'il y'a eu pas mal d'entrainement durant cette période, certains jours jusqu'à 3 entrainements, le super green m'a beaucoup aidé pour les courbatures, les fibres plus également m'ont beaucoup aidé pour la digestion et l'élimination. Lors des repas à midi je mangeais principalement du poisson,de la viande blanche ou de la salade.
Un jour normal, consistait à 1 session de sport que sa soit vélo d'appartement ou courir, ou alors l'entrainement de combat.
Grâce au 8 week challenge, j'ai pu atteindre un mode de vie beaucoup plus sain, et m'épanouir dans le sport, les activités physiques et je partage ceci avec vous aujourd'hui. Share happiness =)

For say to you my adventure with the 8 week challenge, i'll wanna say more about a day.
I started my day with the super green mixed with the fiber plus, 1 scoop each, then a eat a little snack (bananas, muesli..) I started my challenge with 143 pounds and for a fight in may i have to reach 130 pounds and i do it then i wanna have a little bit of muscle that why i finish at 137 pounds. In this period i have a lot of training each day, some day 3 training. The super green help me a lot for the sport pain. the fiber plus help me a lot about the digestion and elimination. In the lunchtime i eat principally fish, with meat and salad.
One day regular consisted of 1 sport session (bike, homework, run and my training of mma)
Thank to the 8 week challenge, i reach a better lifestyle, more healthy and develop myself in the sport and physical activity and i share with you today. Share happiness =)
