Hi everyone my name is Lue Lee. My goal for this challenge is to gain muscles masses and look leaner. I've always wanted to look fit and have a great body so that's why thanks for this very opportunity that we have here i was able to lose the unnecessary fats and gain some muscles masses and it makes me felt really great. I have been working out so hard in my life to gain muscles but i can never gain it because of lacking the right proper nutritions. Without the proper nutritions that we had i either look skinny or average but never fit and healthy. With the right and perfect proper nutritions and the helps of my fitness coach i was able to achieve my goal. Im so grateful to met Yorhealth and be part of the foundation. Thank you everyone!!!
