Hola Soy Mara, esta es mi primera vez de participar en el reto. Antes de entrar yo pesaba 61 kg. (Puse 59 kg, pues me daba vergüenza mostrar mi verdadero peso ??) ahora peso 53 kg.
Nunca me imagine en mi vida que después de 2 cesáreas y un parto normal (soy orgullosa mamá de 3 hermosos hijos) volvería a usar bikini!! ???? Estoy super emocionada, con mas energía que antes, rejuvenecida y lo único que hice fue un plan de alimentación super sencillo, una rutina de ejercicio (40 min. Diario) y mis suplementos de Yorhealth, específicamente tomé probioticos y fibra en ayunas, yor shape 30 min. Antes de mi primer alimento del dia, mi MRP ?? y si me daba tiempo y podía ir al gym, un sobrecito de Berry Blast me daban la energía necesaria para continuar mi entrenamiento.
