Mi peso antes de este reto era de 66kg perdí 5kg, este es mi tercer reto, en el primero logre perder 10kg,los productos me han encantado y facilitado el proceso de perdida de peso, en mi adolescencia debido a mis múltiples actividades deportivas me mantenía en mi peso ideal pero al entrar a la universidad y la vida laboral descuide mucho mi alimentación llegando a pesar 80kg, no se siente nada bien.
En este reto me apoye de la malteada de chocolate en las noches y de las enzimas digestivas con mis alimentos sólidos, en la ultima semana de mi reto empece el ayuno intermitente, siendo mi primer alimento a las 8am y el ultimo a las 4pm, sin rutinas de ejercicio.
El inscribirme de nuevo al reto me ha hecho consciente de crear de nuevo el habito de alimentarme mejor y realzar un plan de ejercicio para mejorar mi cuerpo, me siento mas activa, mi sistema digestivo se ha regularizado, me canso con menos dificultad, me siento mas saludable.
