I love completing the 8 week challenge! It's so great to keep track of your progress and it always leaves me with an awesome sense of accomplishment.
My routine was a simple one of clean eating (vegetarian) and my supplement routine consisting of greens and fibre in the morning, digest and vitamin with my main meals and probiotic and repair before bed. I also loved having the great protein post exercise and on the days that I was intermittent fasting during the mornings.
I definitely felt energised and fueled on a daily basis and my body has been bouncing back really well considering the changes in my training.
