This was my first challenge I'm actually submitting after photos for. I'm a mom with a son with special needs and a husband that owns his own business, and I run his office. Busy is an understatement. But, I am learning to take care of myself. I know (thanks to YOR Health) that it's not only important, but doable. I started out strong taking all of the supplement line. I went back to the gym. I've had more energy and a clearer mind. I didn't get to finish as strong as I would have liked because of my son getting sick, but that's what the next challenge is for. In the last 8 weeks I have let go of guilt and am learning to put myself first. I've realized that taking care of myself feels great!! With YOR Health products, the journey is made simple!
I religiously used probiotics, repair (man that really helps after a tough workout!), super greens, and vitamins. I often forgot to take the super slim but definitely noticed a difference when I would remember them. Next time, I'm adding in the meal replacement shakes. I was going to the gym at least 3 times a week and tried to squeeze in two family walks. I lost 8 lbs in 8 weeks. It's not even close to my goal but I lost inches and my clothes are feeling so much better! I even got to wear a pair of jeans I haven't been able to in a while! I know the scale will eventually reflect my work.
