My name is Saki. I'm a YOR health representative, live in Sydney Australia and I'm 25years of age.
I took the challenge because being a part of an amazing health company but not actually looking healthy myself just didn't make sense at all!
Over a period of 2 years I was really experiencing a lot of stress and frustration with my personal life and where I found comfort was knocking down a few pizzas or a 5 packets of noodles before bed. I made some horrible choices when it came to eating and food choice!
Eventually I went from 95kg to 134.6kg being my all time heaviest which was in America for the 2016 Annual conference in Vegas. This was literally rock bottom for me! I took photos with Dennis and Sophia and everyone that was up on stage giving amazing value towards our health, yet I didn't share any of those photos with anyone not even my facebook. I was embarrassed because I was so big! Also traveling around America being overweight felt disgusting! Struggling to walk short distances let alone long distances because I was chafing all the time and losing my breath! And the hardest was taking photos world trade marks like like the Golden Gate Bridge and Alkatraz etc.
This really made me angry because I couldn't blame anyone else but myself for going through all this pain and embarrassment!
After hearing Sofia Wong speak and she said that her little "1-2punch" that helped her with her business was a shot of her weight loss!
I said to myself that I was coming back home and creating my "1-2punch"!
Fast forward 8 weeks to now! And boy can I say do I have a "1-2punch" I've lost 26kg I'm now 108.6 and the first time I've been below 115kg in over 12moths. I feel so amazing now, even though I haven't reached my Goal of 100pounds but I do know that my next 8week challenge I will certainly lose 100pounds and be a part of the prestigious 100pound club.

I took the "Go Green Starter Set" on repeat. I have all the essential oils for my recovery and cleaning at home which overal gives me more energy.

I exercised 7 times a week. Just so we know taking the dog for a walk is considered exercise. It's a lifestyle change not just for 8 weeks than go back to where we were!

This 8 weeks has been quite a journey! I learnt so much about myself that it actually has changed my life!
Created new habits and gotten rid of old. Making this weight loss journey a lifestyle and not and 8 week change. I know for a fact that yor health saved my life and has allowed me to be a roll model for my children and also for my God Son Hamilton Katoa. ????
