Hola a todos
Estoy contento con el resultado de este ciclo, de 57.5 kg casi llego a la meta de 60 por menos de medio kilo ¡y eso ya es mucho decir!
Todos los días tomo mi Shake después de entrenar y cuando se me vuelva a antojar por la noche, una capsula de enzimas en los alimentos junto con vitaminas, Repair por las noches y Probióticos por la mañana y Super Greens como snack.
Mi entrenamiento fue constante aunque no diario, no lo hago en un gimnasio sino en donde me encuentre algunos aparatos en parques, corriendo o ejercicios con mi propio peso.
Después de todo, aun no quedo satisfecho con lo que veo en las fotos, sé que puedo lograr mucho mas así que pondré mayor empeño en los siguientes ciclos para plasmar el resultado que tengo en mi mente.
