I'm a Fitness director of UFC gym/CEO of a Fitness and Nutrition company called Level Up. I also recently had my first son who is now 5 months old. Due do to all the new things in my life Ive been extremely busy and overwhelm. I didn't think I could get the results I wanted with the little time I had. Thanks to the product line with yorhealth , it help me to maximize my results with the limited amount of time I have. I used my 8 week challenge to help finish my preparation for my first New York City Marathon. The challenge helped me to stay focus on my workouts , nutrition and product usage . I used the products on a daily basics. I use the Muscle Energy as a pre work out to help me enhance my performance during training and to recover faster. I use the repair twice a day to help me repair my joints and muscle to keep training. I use the YORShake after my workouts. I worked out at least 3x a week and 3-5 days of cardio. I use the YOR Digest Ultra once a day before lunch. I ate very clean throughout the 8 weeks. Very little to no process, fried , or Junk food.
