Hola a todos! En esta ocasión tomé mis productos y les ayudé un poco más de la cuenta... Estaba acostumbrado a que solo los productos Yor Health hicieran solos su trabajo pero en la última semana les ayude un poco más, deje las harinas y grasas a un 95% y esa última semana bajé 2 kilos y medio... Yo tomo por las mañanas y después del ejercicio 1 repair, 1 digest ultra, 1 probiotics y 2 Yor Shape, mas o menos una hora después mi MRP, con mi comida me tomo 1 digest ultra y 2 Yor shape, para la cena trataba de cenar siempre ligero o nuevamente una MRP, durante las primeras 7 semanas de mi reto no cuidaba mi alimentación pero la última semana fue increíble ver como bajé esos 2 kilos y medio ayudando a mis productos...
