Before the challenge i didnt really care about what i was eatting and just ate whatever i wanted and always made excuses to myself not go to the gym.

I jumped on the scale and saw that i was 145kgs. That made me feel angry and upset with myself and decided that i had to make a change now. When i started training i would feel my energy level go low and would feel tired quick. But with the support of my team training with me they pushed me to keep going and not stop.

Before the challenge i was embarrassed about how i looked and started wearing hoodies more so people wouldnt see how big i was. Now that i have completed the 8 week challenge im not embarrassed about how i look. I dont wear my hoodie any more and all my shirts and pant that were tight on me are now baggy.

The products i used during my 8 week challenge was:
morning shake: super greens, aminos, fibre
yor digest with my meals
yor vitamins after my meal
night shake: super greens, aminos and fibre

My training during this challenge was:
monday - friday: 1 or twice a day
saturday: was a cardio day.
sunday: bootcamp with my team.

The impact this challenge has had on my life is amazing. I feel so much healthier, happier and fitter. I am feeling more confident with myself as i can see that my clothes i have are now too big for me. It has helped me get alot closer to my goal of getting into the yor health 100lb club and getting to my goal weight of 95kgs.
