After attending the YOR Health Annual Conference in Vegas this year, I admittedly enjoyed my fair share, and then some, of the American food with all the trimmings. I returned home carrying a little more baggage than expected. Baggage in the form of some un-wanted pounds of bodyfat. I decided to be militant with taking my YOR Health products, incorporating the cleanse and within 8 weeks of strict use of the Supps, exercise but still enjoying my lifestyle.
