Hi, my name is Nikita. I have been struggling with my weight lately and found myself feeling stuck with weightloss. Physical activity seemed to be my weak area and one I didn't really enjoy so I often made excuses or found other things that I needed to do instead. During this challenge I have been the most active I have been since school, working out 3-5 times a week and walking more. Training weekly with my team, a group of friends, has really helped push and challenge me physically. Also, the support I have received from doing this with others has motivated me to be consistent in a healthy diet and physical exercise.
At the beginning of the 8 week challenge I weighed 81kg and at the end of the 8 week challenge I weighed 77kg. I lost 2.1% body fat and gained 800g of muscle.
I used greatful greens, fibre, berry blast and lime bare oil every morning and nearly every night. Most afternoons I had the greatful protein in a smoothie, sometimes with greatful greens, fibre and peppermint bare oil. I used repair frequently, varying from 2 a day to 6 a day depending on the recent activities. I have amino hydrate every morning and night. I used digest with all meals and on occassion slim when I remembered.
The impact this challenge has had on my life has been incredible. I feel healthier, lighter, happier and fitter. I feel more confident in my ability in physical activities and actually find I am able to do more than I could before or would try to do. Seeing my body fat % go dow and gaining muscle has been very rewarding for me as it demonstrates I am on the right track to getting where I would like to be with my health, fitness and weight.
