Hola familia Yor, hoy estoy cumpliendo 61 años y por casualidad me toco terminar este día el reto. Hoy me pesaron y midieron en el gym y estoy contenta baje en grasa y aumente en masa muscular,tal vez voy lentamente,pero voy progresando.

El ejércicio que realizo es 30 minutos en un circuito de doce maquinas alternando con cardio 4 o 5 veces por semana.

Lo que tomo es:
1 gota de mezcla metabólica de AE (limón, toronja, menta, jengibre y canela), en ayunas
1 sobre de Berry Blast
Yor shake después del gym
Super Greens
1 cap yor shape
1 o 2 enzimas en la comida
2 Vitaminas
1 cap de probioticos

Hay varios AE que me encantan como la menta, bergamota, cardamomo, jengibre o el hinojo con agua, pero mi preferido es el incienso con geranio, pachuli y lavanda con coco fraccionado como crema de día y de noche.

También uso AE de árbol de te con coco fraccionado como desodorante, AE purify en lugar de gel antibacterial, toda la línea de cuidado personal. Podría seguir y seguir diciendo lo que utilizo, no solo porque me gusta, también es porque es todo lo que necesito para tener una vida más saludable y con energía, sin contaminantes.
