Hola soy Vicky Tavera tengo 28 años y estoy muy emocionada de haber terminado mi segundo reto.
Desde que conocí la compañía de Yor Health me enamoré de los productos, que ya se volvieron parte de mi vida diaria.

También incluí la malteada vegana y la intercalaba junto con la Shake así como también incluí los bare oils de limón tomado en ayunas, toronja mezclado con coco para el abdomen y la mezcla de sweet dreams para descansar mejor.
Y durante el reto hice rutinas de ejercicio en casa, de 4 a 5 veces por semana.
Gracias a Yor Health estoy mejorando mis hábitos alimenticios adaptándolos ya como un estilo de vida, me siento con mucha más energía y con muy buena digestión.
