Le challenge a été assez difficile, c'est pas évident d'être constant pendant 8 semaines mais au final quand on arrive au bout on est super content du résultat.
J'ai fait le challenge à raison de deux jours de sport par semaine j'avoue que j'aurais pu faire un peu plus mais c'est déjà très épuisant.
La focalisation la plus difficile c'est quand même par rapport à la nutrition. C'est pas évident de manger correctement tous les jours pendant 8 semaines alors que c'est quelque chose auquel on ne prêtait pas du tout attention il y a encore quelques temps en arrière.
Au final j'ai eu énormément de plaisir à faire ce challenge et je me sens beaucoup plus en forme
