Estoy super contenta por que este es mi ciclo 6 de reto, a pesar que este reto fue un poco diferente al pasado, puedo decir que me siento con mucha energia, sigo viajando por mi trabajo y el poder tener esta alternativa de suplementos y aceites esenciales me han servido para mantenerme a pesar de que solo voy al gym una vez a la semana y las comidas me tengo que adaptar a restaurantes aunque mi manera de comer ha cambiado y ahora busco mas cosas naturales y que no le hagan daño a mi organismo.
En este reto al igual que el pasado el primer mes desayunaba malteada, mis digestivas en cada comida y mi super greens entre comidas, berry blast si me sentia cansada durante el dia me lo tomaba a medio dia y los probioticos los cambie a tomarlos en la noche, El ultimo mes realice la dieta del guerrero con ayunos de 12 horas y siempre al terminar mi ayuno me tomaba una gota en agua de la mezcla metabolica con aceites esenciales (toronja, limon, menta e hinojo) mi supergreens y comia hasta sentirme satisfecha, siempre tomando mis digestivas y antes de volver a realizar mi ayuno mi malteada con fruta o granola.
Me siento bendecida de poder tener a yorhealth en mi vida, gracias a el estoy obteniendo el cuerpo que jamas pense que pudiera obtener y mi salud esta mejor que nunca. Gracias YH!
