Estoy contentísimo por haber logrado alcanzar mis metas gracias al reto YOR bestbody , baje mis niveles de grasa y aumente masa muscular, mi peso se fue de 90 kg a 87 kg logre definir como nunca antes lo había hecho y me siento muy bien conmigo mismo que es lo mejor.
Dentro del régimen use el MRP después de mi entrenamiento y el Berry y el muscle energy durante, en mis comidas tome el digest además de tomarme también las vitaminas esenciales y los aceites me ayudaron mucho a descansar por la noche (sweet dreams) y a recuperarme también de los ligamentos de mi rodilla que tenía lastimada (Lemongrass) todo esto fue diariamente por 8semanas.
