Hello-
I work for an airline that requires me to travel 70%-90% of the time around the world. Long flights, time changes and various foods at different times are a great shock to my body. In addition, I went through a personal emotional challenge which pushed me day by day to remind myself on how important it is to feel better about yourself. I'm 36 years old and cannot wait to be in the best shape mentally and physically.
This time, I trained more my core as I noticed how unbalanced I was. I took my product as follows-
Morning and late evening took the Yor vegan protein as a MRP with just water and ice.
Upon rising I take 1 probiotic, 1 repair, fiber and greens
Breakfast - protein
Enzymes with every meal (lunch and dinner)

1-2 greens a day
I would train by doing yoga and core exercises (1-3 times a week.
