Let's see how committed I really am. I never truly pushed myself to workout consistently unless I was part of a "program" or "boot camp". I was inspired by a friend doing the challenge so I joined.

I started asking around what people are doing for food and nutrition. I found that there are people nearby who are already on the journey and were very willing to share knowledge. I realized how much I didn't know

I put together a plan of action. The plan was to go run every other day for 1.5 miles. It was quick and achievable. It was something I could do within 15 mins.

I had my moments where I stopped and ate very badly. I was getting sore regularly. Even though I knew I was doing a challenge I still didn't stick to the new discipline. I had to remind myself that I was doing a challenge to get back into gear.

Doing the challenge was a lot harder than I thought. Running, getting sore, and not eating right at times, I felt like this time around I was testing to see how committed I really was to better my health. I even gained weight. However, I will be back at it again to continue this journey until. Without a doubt, I will take control.

Optimal results are achieved when following the product regimen in combination with a healthy diet and exercise program.

Individual results may vary. Factors that may affect your results include (but are not limited to) your metabolism, exercise routine, diet, smoking, pregnancy, current medications and any medical conditions. As with any health or fitness program, regular exercise and a sensible eating plan are essential to achieve long-term weight loss results. No customer was paid for a testimonial.
