This is the 2nd time I have used the YOR health product range during some type of challenge. My first time using the products I only used a few of the products and got good results so I wanted to see what would happen if I used the entire range and here are the main differences I noticed over the 8 weeks.
1. My energy was good ALL day- I put this down to using the super greens 2x a day to get the extra nutrients in my body needed. Also I used the digest ultra this time and this help out with digestive issues I've had in the past (all a key factor in dropping the body fat)
2. I was able to use the new plant based protein after my workouts- I found this helped a lot with my recovery and building muscle. Also I noticed good strength gains.
3. Amino energy- used this a lot throughout the challenge. I have always craved sugary foods and I found this drink was a great alternative and super tasty too.
4. Probiotic- used before bed and found this helped a lot with sleep. I tend to wake up sometimes with stomach pains but haven't noticed any of that since using the probiotic.
5. Used the lavender Bare Oil to help with my sleep. Worked almost too well, missed my alarm a few times.
6. Used lemon oil in my shakes. Made it tasty and helped to detoxify my body at the start.
So after the 8 weeks I managed to drop just under 5kg and went from 13% body fat to 8%. Best of all my energy is really good which is the most important thing for me being so busy with work. Thank you YOR health for the amazing products. I will be using for the rest of my life ??
