Hola, soy Rodrigo Flores, tengo 34 años y este es mi tercer Reto de 8 semanas.
Hace ya medio año aproximadamente que conocí Yor Health y su Reto de 8 semanas, el cual me ha dado grandes satisfacciones al haberme unido por primera vez, ya que he mejorado notablemente mi salud y he notado cambios significativos en mi energía y condición física; además de haber ganado el 3er lugar en el campeonato anual.
Combinando una buena rutina de ejercicios y la toma diaria de toda la suplementación de Yor Health, me ha llevado a conseguir los mejores resultados que he podido obtener a lo largo de 8 años de ejercicio.
La suplementación:
En Ayunas 2 gotas de Bare Oil de limón con agua tibia y probioticos.
Desayuno Yor Shake con Berry Blast, manzana y frutos rojos acompañado de 2 Vitamin, 1 Digest, y 1 Shape.
Colación claras de huevo con atún.
Comida variado con alto contenido de proteína (carnes rojas, pollo, pescado) acompañado de 2 Vitamin, 1 Digest, y 2 Shape.
Colación, Supergreens con Berry Blast.
Cena atún con verduras acompañado de 2 Vitamin, Digest, 2 Repair y 1 Shape.
En cuanto a la rutina de ejercicio, aproximadamente 1:20 efectiva de ejercicio diario durante 5 días promedio a la semana en trabajo de pesas.
