Mi rutina de lunes a sábado es la siguiente:
Mi desayuno: 2 huevos y un vaso de jugo una hora antes de ir al gimnasio, y al terminar mi entrenamiento me tomaba la proteína de Yorhealth.
Comida: Aquí es la parte donde procuro comer más para ganar masa muscular.
Cena: Cenaba algo ligero y de igual forma me tomaba otra malteada de Yorhealth antes de ir a dormir.
Decidí entrar al reto ya que vi que muchos de mis familiares entraron al reto y en verdad les note un gran cambio de inmediato.
Empecé con 62 kg de peso y una de mis metas era aumentar mi masa muscular, y para ser sincero no fue una meta fácil, pero gracias al suplemento alimenticio de Yorhealth me ayudo a llegar a mi meta de pesar mas de 67 kg y lo logre!
Estoy muy feliz por haber cumplido mis metas y ver los resultados que he obtenido, en verdad este reto me ayudo bastante a superarme, ya que me motivó a mejorar y a adquirir mejores hábitos como la dedicación y una buena disciplina para lograr mis objetivos deseados.
