Hello, my name is Suzie Chasengnou. I am happy that I just finished the YOR Best Body 8-week Challenge! I have always struggled with trying to lose weight and tone up muscle, but these past 8 weeks, I learned how to portion my diets and exercise more often.
This was quite an experience for me, challenging yet really fun. There were many times where I wanted to quit, but I thought to myself of how many times I have actually failed myself before. I wanted to make a change in my life so I made sure to change the way I eat and exercising more often. During the 8 weeks, I lost a total of 16 lbs. Although I am not at my goal weight yet, I am happy that I was able to lose some weight during the challenge. I am kind of sad that these 8-weeks have come to end, but I definitely can't wait to do another 8-week challenge soon!!
