Before weight i was 225 pounds. Now my after weight is 206. I felt like I could have lost more weight. I think I would have lost more if i didn't have cheat days. The products I used was Yor Digest, Super Slim, and Probiotics. I took the pills everyday. I took two pills of the super slim and waited 30 minutes then i ate. Then after i was done eating i take two digest ulrta. I stayed after school to workout everyday. The impact on my life was my family told me I look like i lost weight and i did and they told me to keep losing weight! And i was happy when they told me I lost weight. When my challenge is over, I'm not done yet! It only has begun! My goal is to go down to around 175 pounds and im gonna work my hardest to achieve it! After I lose weight, i'll start lifting.
