Mi peso antes del reto era de 66.7 y lo terminé en 64 Kilos, pero mi % de grasa disminuyo considerablemente, de hecho esta un poco abajo de lo normal como me lo dijo mi nutrióloga.

Pero lo que me encanta poder decir es que mis tallas bajaron muchísimo, inicié midiendo 77 cm de cintura y de cadera 110 cm y hoy mido 69 cm de cintura y 103 cm de cadera!.

Tomé durante todas las mañanas aceite de limón con agua, media hora después tomaba Yor Shake de chocolate, antes de cada comida me tomaba Digest Ultra y por las noches cenaba Yor Shake.

Hice ejercicio de lunes a viernes 1 hora diaria.
