Con el reto estoy muy contento. Hoy me siento increíble porque a pesar de que me puse en la categoría de adelgazar entre al gym a moldear mi cuerpo y ahora lo siento mas compactado y con mas energía. El reto me ayudo a motivarme y a ir al gimnasio 4 o 5 veces por semana y lo combinaba con cardio en ocasiones.
Por la mañana tomaba el MRP después del gimnasio y por las noches había ocasiones en las que también la cenaba. Tome también el berry blast, digest, vitaminas y reparador. Todo esto me ayudo a bajar 1kg pero como les comento no fue lo que baje si no como pude dar forma a mi cuerpo para que no se viera desfigurado.
Estoy ya listo para empezar el próximo reto ya que me siento muy bien y la gente me pregunta que que es lo que estoy haciendo para obtener los cambios.
