Hola a todos,
Me siento muy feliz y satisfecha, ya que estoy viendo un buen resultado y un gran cambio en mí! Empecé mi reto pesando 82 kg y lo terminé en 75kg, estos siete kilos que he bajado han sido gracias a mis malteadas mis enzimas y reparadores, mis aceites esenciales cítricos que tomo en ayunas. limón , toronja y jengibre, y una dieta balanceada la cual me ha ayudado a nutrirme y seguir adelante.Ejercicio hago zumba de Lunes a Viernes. Y la verdad los Domingos comí de todo un poco y hasta postres que me gustan mucho.
También mi mayor alegría es ver que mi ropa me queda ya floja, pues bajé 2 tallas en estas 8 semanas, eso no quiere decir que haya logrado mi meta, si no que apenas inicio un nuevo reto en el que seguiré esforzándome y nutriéndome con estos productos de YOR Health que son tan necesarios para seguir cumpliendo metas.
Me encanta que ahora tengo mas energía y mas salud, para poder jugar con mi nieta de seis años.
