My name is Anthony 'Tony' Haywood, of Bahamian and Cubano ancestry. I am a Junior at SUNY Empire State college and I work in retail sales. I consider myself a part-time professional.I have been using YOR products for the past 3 years. My most successful product was the YOR complete burn. I use this as a method to cut fat around my belly. I was doing a personal challenge as well, competing against Stephaugn Frazer, someone who is a brother to me, for the best core and abs. It is always good to get back in shape with someone who you look up to as a role model and friend. To help replace my meals I used YOR MRP for the first month (four weeks) to drop the fat, Complete burn 3X a day for fat burning, and exercising at least 3-4 times a week in order to jump start my challenge. I took the products until the ran out. One other product that I used was the YOR Supergreens. It helped me keep my sharpness and energy throughout the day while at work and in school. Before the weight I was slow, often fatigued easily, and lazy. As a college student, you really don't have much control over your life. However, I needed a change.
