I started this competition for two very important reasons, my wife and my son. Before I found out about YOR Health, I was pre-diabetic, couldn’t climb a flight of stairs without becoming winded, and couldn’t play with my super-energetic son. I am only 29-years old but felt like I was 40!

Then my wife introduced me to YOR Health and the 8-week challenge. I decided that it was time to change my life by changing my diet through YOR Health! I started every morning with a YOR Probiotics Ultra and YOR Shake. 30 minutes before Lunch and Dinner I would take a YOR Super Slim, and with the food a YOR Digest Ultra. To supplement my change in diet, I did resistance training regularly throughout the week.

By week 4 I had lost 10 pounds and was running around the house after my son, and he was so happy! Now at the end of the challenge I have lost a total of 20 pounds, and feel like I am 20 again!! YOR Health gave me the ability to be active with my wife and son, and I can’t thank them enough!!
