En este tercer ciclo mis cambios me han impresionado, aunque admito que fisicamente no me veo muy distinto, en cuNto a mi conficion si me siento completamente diferente.
Cada mes tomo un paquete adelgace, con algunas cosas extra como Repair. Fibra y Super Greens.
Estoy entrenando 5 dias a la semana una rutina de cardio que me hace rendir mucho mejor fisicamente durante el dia completo y estoy iniciandome en ejercicios de peso corporal, sera necesario aumentar la disciplina en esa area.
Lo que eh encontrado en este tercer ciclo es un deseo de hacer cosas distintas por mi, unas ganas de continuar mejorando y una motivacion por superarme, ya que estoy rodeado de personas que siempre me apoyan y esperan que logre dar mi maximo esfuerzo.
Me siento satisfecho conmigo mismo y me siento con la capacidad de dar mas.
