Hola!! Amigos yorhealth, he cumplido mi segundo ciclo y me siento súper contenta por los resultados que voy obteniendo a como pasa el tiempo, me siento con mucha energía y muy saludable. Mi rutina diaria es tomar agua tibia con una gota de limón en ayunas me esperaba unos 10min y tomaba una cápsula de probioticos y una de repair dejaba pasar 15 a 20 'min y tomaba un SuperGreens antes de ir a entrenar durante el entrenamiento tomaba un yorberryblast mi entrenamiento era 40 min diarios todas las mañanas y dos veces por semanas corría 3km, al terminar mi entrenamiento antes de desayunar me tomaba 2 cápsulas de yorshape 30min antes de comer y durante mi comida una cápsula de yordigest eso era en mis dos comidas y en la cena una malteada de yorshake con fresas y una cucharada de fibra, siempre trataba de comer lo más saludable posible mis colaciones eras frutas y tomaba agua con una gota de toronja, usaba aceites de toronja , limón y aceite de coco me la ponía dos veces al día en mi abdomen, mi pero ahora es de 57.600kg pero la diferencia es que baje de grasa y subí 2.500kg de músculo, los resultados que obtuve son muy buenos y súper contenta y lista por ir por el tercer ciclo.
