The YOR Best Body Challenge has been an amazing transformational experience of growth and discipline. Aside from being healthier and fitter than I ever have I've also learned that trusting the process is important. Knowing that your path through the challenge will in fact be a challenge to your body mind and spirit. Changing old habits and beliefs is important to succeed in anything and the 8 week challenge has helped me strengthen those qualities within myself. I've lost 12 lbs, although I know technically I lost more, but I put on a very decent amount of muscle mass, the photos don't really do much justice but I see it and feel it. I used the entire YOR product line to help me on this journey and of course this is one journey that won't end. I exercised on average 5-6 days a week and took the products daily. The first 4 weeks I purposely ate a little more than was needed to add more size to my body, then the last 4 weeks I was strict to cut down even more. Having done that I knew my results wouldn't be as " defined " as I am striving for but I wanted to put these products to the test with the 4 week bulk and 4 week cut cycles. I am in the fitness industry and I am truly amazed at the quality and effectiveness of these products, truly leading edge. My results exceeded my expectations considering the drastic cycle phase I decided to go through as explained above.
