Hello! I am Manny, and this is my second eight-week challenge. In my first challenge I saw the first transformation from 253 lbs. to 237 lbs. Today, I am proud and motivated to say that the transformation keeps going. I am now 234 lbs. with at least 2% lower in body fat.
My second eight-week challenge was focused in other than just weight lost. First, I wanted to make sure that I made exercising three times per week a lifestyle. Second, I wanted to make sure that I also focused on my internal health, so I started using YOR Health enzymes to help me during my meals. I also continue my usual YOR vitamins, berry blast with Super Greens, and chocolate meal replacements. Third, I increased the weight in my exercise to build some muscle and burn more fat.
Again, I am grateful for the motivation and support from my wife and neighbors, and from the impact that YOR Health products have brought to me. I am ready for the next challenge!
