Hello everybody!
Participating in the YOR Best Body 8-Week Challenge and using the YOR Health products really changed my life.
But the main reason why i do this is because of the inspiriation it will give others.
The motivation to never give up on their goals and that anything is POSSIBLE.
I myself is gonna participate in a bodybulding competition next year. And this challenged really helped me along the path to conquer the competition.
I take YOR Berry Blast, YOR Fiber Plus and YOR SuperGreens together every morning and night and about an hour before my workouts. I like to mix all three together because they taste great, especially with the Lemon Bare Oils. I work out 6 times a week, sometimes 8 times when I do H.I.I.T sessions in the morning then workout in the night.
The Challenge has improved my physical appearance and also improved my health on the inside. I am more then grateful for the products because they helped me go through my plateau and eliminate the bad waste inside me and absorb the good nutrients.
I’ve been able to finally gain weight whilst not losing muscles. The YOR Best Body 8-Week Challenge and YOR Health in general, has made a big impact on my life. I look better and mostly I feel better!
