Soy educadora de preescolar ,madre de una adolescente y amante de mi vida y mi familia. Me uní al reto por recomendación de mi primo y su esposa, ya que mi aumento de peso era notorio y preocupados por mi salud tome la decisión de mejorar mi salud. El reto personal es sentirse bien consigo mismo.
