Hello this is my second Challenge, and this one was difficult. With summer here, I lost focus and got tangled with the hoopla of BBQ’s and summer partys. I believe that I need to impose more discipline to get the results that I work for.
I took the MRP, Complete burn, super greens and probiotics. I know that I will have more results if I take the full product line. With it being summer I did not exercise as much, but I will work hard to hit my goal on my third challenge.
The impact that the challenge has made on me is to never give up. To keep going no matter what, but to make the proper adjustments to not stay stuck or the same. I will prove it to myself.
