Firstly, I'm very health and fitness conscious. I'm an advocate for healthy living.
As a personal trainer nutrition is a HUGE part of my life. I'm big on body image and in my line of work, I have to be happy with how I feel and look.. with YOR health, I DO!
It's always hard to find what's right and what works.. I struggle to recommend products to clients for that reason. Until NOW!

Wow! A slow start for me to this challenge but man I finished well.. I feel amazing! Thank you YOR health for the BARE OILS!
This stuff is great. While I'm mixing up my YOR berry blast combined with YOR super greens in the morning I'd have pure or boost organic oils preparing me for the day. Sometimes I'd sneak in some clear mind to give me clarity on conquering the day.
I'd mix my YOR protein with some oats and I'm off!

That ladies and gentle is the ultimate start to YOR day!

Training most times 5-6 days per week it is also important to maintain YOR amino health.. I would mix my YOR aminos with some Berry BLAST! And off I went..
followed by YOR shake post workout too!

I'd always finish my day off with sweet dreams BARE OILS! Hahaha, it really does give you "sweet dreams"
