I wanted to start the 8 week challenge because I knew it would make me more accountable in my fitness goals. I been going to the gym for a while now, but I haven’t really paid attention to my diet. This time I was more aware of what I was eating about 80% of the time.

I work for a hospital in NYC, it’s a very fast and busy environment so I love using the yorhealth line. I take the yorshake when I’m busy can can’t take lunch. In the mornings with my breakfast I took the supper greens because I knew it would give me natural energy throughout the day. When I had food I liked using the digestive ultra for digestion, it help me a lot because I was on a high protein diet. after my workouts I use the yorhealth shake again, I use more products but these where my fav.

I can’t say it was all easy, I have a very busy and fun life, I have a lot of friends and live in one of the most outgoing city in the world. Cheat meals where always on the menu!!. But because I was on the challenge I didn’t stop, when I was bad I kept going to the gym and getting back on track. And I got back on track a lot of the time lol.. I don’t like diets because it limits me and I feel like I’m trap doing something I don’t like. I really enjoyed the 8 week challenge because it was more of a life style, and with the yorhealth line it was great and fun. Now that I finish this challenge I can’t wait to start the next, I know I will just get better and better and creating a healthy life style is something I want to continue doing.
