Hi My name is Sheng and I'm 18 years old. Growing up fat had always been an issue for me! It made me insecure about myself. I barley went out because I was fat. Being 4'11 at 130 pounds was not what I wanted to be! Yes I tried exercising and all but that wasn't enough! I then joined the soccer team my Sophomore year! With Soccer, I was able to exercise more and I also noticed that I ate healthier food! I was able to lose 20 pounds in 4 months! I kept my weight for a while but when Christmas of 2015 came I stopped eating healthy... ate lots of junk food and didn't care about my body. I kept it up for 1 year and I was at my original weight, 130. I was so disappointed in myself! It was my Senior year and I was 4'11 at 130 pounds. I couldn't believe it! I was stressed with school and work so I couldn't really do anything to lose weight.

Then one day, Nyia Vang added me as a friend. She started talking to me and introduced me to YORHealth and I was interested that I told her right away that I wanted to get started on the 8-Weeks Challenge. She then scheduled a phone call with me later that day and we talked for about an hour and I told her that I was only 17 so I was struggling financially. She told me not to worry and for me to ask my parents and sisters. Though I asked my parents and sisters, I still didn't have enough. So I stopped contacting Nyia.

A few months later, Nyia posted this amazing transformation on her Facebook of her transformation! That was when I made the decision that I wanted to enter the Challenge. She then scheduled another call with me and she threw lots of info at me and how I can achieve my dreams! I was so excited that I decided to join the challenge! And this time I had enough! I even got a free box of Essential Oils which would've been around $300. Thanks to her!

When I received my package, I was so stoked that I had to send her a photo! At first it was kinda hard because I wasn't used to taking supplements and all but the next 2 weeks I was able to follow the regimen and follow the schedule. The first month, I was able to lose 10 pounds! ?? I was determined to lose even more, so I followed the regimen and started exercising! I used products from Super Slim, Probiotics, Digestion, Vanilla and Chocolate shakes, Berry Blast sticks, Repair, Super Greens, and Fiber Plus.

Then came the second month, which was where I started slacking. I was so stressed with my family and school that I stopped following the schedule for a week and a half. Yes i gained a few pounds but that didn't stop me. I picked myself back up by the 6th week and was able to lose the few pounds that I gained. Then it was getting closer to Thanksgiving and you know how it is. You stuff your face in food, who wouldn't want to do that! Yes I stuffed my face but I watched what I ate and ate only small portions. I thought I had gained but I actually lost a few pounds. To be honest with you, I barley workout. I would say approximately 15-30 minutes each day. I didn't do anything hardcore, I just Hmong danced.

I want to thanks everyone who encouraged me and helped me throughout this journey! I wouldn't have done it if it wasn't for you guys! I'm truly blessed with the best group of people for encouraging me and having faith in me!

Though I still have a long way to go... I'm still working on my body! Don't worry, even though my 8 weeks is up, I'm still going to challenge myself to get that sexy body that I've always wanted! Slowly but surely! It takes a while for you to see the transformation so take your time and never give up!

For the future challengers: don't give up and give it your all! Yes there may be complications in your life where you feel like giving up but be strong and have faith in yourself! You got this!
