Soy Ma. De Lourdes Angélica Pérez Vicarte, tengo Artritis Reumatoide.
Decidí unirme al reto por salud y bajar de peso, por mis articulaciones.
Me fue sencillo poder llevar el reto acabo.
Me sentía muy pesada, sin energía, y fuerza, con dificultad para bajar las escaleras, y con dolor.
Ahora, baje de talla 36 a talla 34, me siento más ligera, con energía, las escaleras las bajó corriendo como cuando estaba sana, ya casi no hay dolor, y mi fuerza aumento, ya que puedo movilizar a mi mamá de 91 años, la cual ya no se puede moverse mucho y esto no lo podía hacer.
