Hola Mi nombre es Jesus Hernandez
este es mi segundo reto en el primer reto perdí 40 lbs.
Tome la decision de un segundo reto ya que cuando que cuando empece a tomar los productos de yor fue por que tenia un sobre peso , alta presión y prediabetis en este reto perdí 20 lbs mas.
Me siento de maravilla mi salud esta completa.
El Doctor me quito por completo el medicamento que esa era unos se mis objetivos y perder peso.
me recomendó que siguiera tomando los suplementos. me siento feliz por mi cambio y mi salud.
yo tome todo shake de chocolate q es mi favorito dos veces al día en la mañana y tarde la cambie por una comida de lunes a viernes el super slim 1/2 hra antes de cada comida y las enzimas después de de comer.
los Supergreen cuando me daba hambre.
ejercicio solamente 1 hora de caminata tres veces ala semana.
